Grassy Aroma with a Big Olive Taste
Italian for "new oil," Olio Nuovo isn't filtered or allowed to settle and clear like many other olive oils, so it can appear cloudier than its counterparts. Made with Sevillano, Mission, and Manzanillo olives, this oil has a grassy aroma and big olive taste that ends with a bright pepper finish.
This fresh, extra virgin olive oil was packed immediately upon pressing in October 2013, and we recommend using it before March 2014.
