Champagne Vinaigrette

Products Used: Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Champagne Vinegar

Our bestselling Blood Orange EVOO serves as a sweet base for this refreshing, citrusy vinaigrette, the perfect topping for summer greens.


  • 1 tablespoon OTO Champagne Vinegar
  • zest of 1/2 an orange
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup OTO Blood Orange EVOO
  • salt
  • pepper


Whisk together the vinegar, orange zest, and mustard. Slowly whisk in the EVOO and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over salad with friseƩ, radicchio, endive, orange segment, walnuts, and warm goat cheese.
