Chipotle Hummus

Products Used: Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil

Add smoky chipotle flavor to traditional hummus for a unique spread for vegetables, bread, and tortilla chips.


  • 3 – 15.5 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup OTO Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup OTO Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 whole garlic gloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pita bread


Pulse all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve with pita bread.
