Garlic Porcini Marinade

Products Used: Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the diehard mushroom lover, marinate red meats and vegetables with this marinade made with our flavorful Porcini and Garlic EVOO.


  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons OTO Garlic Extra Virgin Olive OIl
  • 2 tablespoons OTO Porcini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • pinch of dried thyme
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Brush on meats or veggies before cooking and baste occasionally during cooking.
