Grapefruit Vinaigrette

Products Used: Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, La Trinidad Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Toasted Sesame Oil, Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
Try this bright, refreshing citrus vinaigrette over your favorite leafy salads.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 7 tablespoons OTO Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 tablespoon OTO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons OTO Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the grapefruit juice, vinegar, EVOO, sesame oil, and mustard. Chill slightly.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
