Meyer Lemon Tangerine Spring Salad

Products Used: Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar

Serve this refreshing, citrus salad alongside your favorite spring vegetables, or with meat or poultry fresh off the grill.


  • 2-3 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1/2 bunch grilled asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons OTO Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup OTO Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (optional)


Combine ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
