Ingredients

  • mixed baby greens
  • sliced cherry tomatoes
  • feta cheese
  • toasted almonds
  • avocado
  • sliced red onion
  • croutons
  • OTO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • OTO Reserve Balsamic (18 year style)
  • finely chopped shallots
  • dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toss the greens, tomatoes, feta, almonds, avocado, onion, and croutons in a bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients together and add to the salad.
