Steak Marinade

Products Used: Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, OTO Reserve Balsamic Vinegar (18 Year Style)

Get the most flavor out of your favorite cuts of steak by soaking them in this classic marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Old Town Oil Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Old Town Oil Reserve Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over steaks. For best results, marinate two hours in advance.
