Sevillano olives are a Spanish varietal that flourish in California’s Mediterranean-like climate. Mild and fruity with a delicate finish, this oil is bright green in color like the fruit from which it’s pressed.

Known for its versatility, the Sevillano won gold at both the California Olive Oil Council and Napa Valley Olive Oil Competitions in 2011. Pair it with fresh citrus salads, herb-based sauces, and lightly cooked vegetables, or be adventurous and use it to bake fruit scones and muffins.
