about Balsamic Vinegars

Made from the Trebbiano grape, our balsamic vinegars are a healthy way to enhance many cuisines. Pair them with our extra virgin olive oils for delicious vinaigrettes, add them to sauces and marinades, or simply drizzle them over your favorite fruit or bread.

We import all of our balsamics from Modena, Italy, the birthplace of balsamic vinegar, to give you a rare but affordable Italian product rich in fruity and woody aromas. These balsamics are crafted using the Solera method, and are aged in progressive barrels made from oak, chestnut, cherry, and ash. This process ensures that the vinegar reaches optimal density and achieves the most complex flavor characteristics.
