Almond Flour Blueberry Muffins
Products used: Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil
You can also substitute Meyer Lemon EVOO or Blood Orange EVOO
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Cup Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 honey
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Blueberries or chocolate chips (amount of your choice)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all the ingredients together. Add the blueberries or chocolate chips.
Use some Olive oil to brush inside of muffin tins. Fill each muffin section about half way with mixture.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins
