Chipotle Black Bean Dip
Products Used: Cilantro & Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Jalapeno Lime Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
15 oz can of Black Beans drained and rinsed
1 clove of garlic (or more)
1/4 cup sweet onion
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 or 2 chipotles in adobo sauce plus some of the adobo sauce
2 Tbsp Cilantro & Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Jalapeno Lime Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse and blend everything together. Scrape down sides as necessary. Add salt and more spices to taste.
