Creamy Chipotle Almond Dip/Spread

Products Used:  Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Premium White Balsamic Vinegar (you can also use Apple Cider Vinegar as I did in a video recipe for this dish) However, I prefer the Premium White after further experimentation. 

Ingredients:

2 Cloves garlic

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup raw almonds

1/4 Signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 Lemon Juice

2 tsp soy sauce (use gluten free to keep this dip free of gluten)

Chipotles in Adobo Sauce.  1 or 2 peppers from container plus some of the sauce. 

1 Tbsp Premium White Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender.  Pulse and blend to break everything down.  If possible, drizzle the Olive Oil in as it's blending.  It takes a good amount of pulsing and blending to make this dip/spread creamy.  Taste the mixture.  Add salt and spices to taste.  You can also add more of the Adobo sauce if desired.
