Cilantro Chili Almond Dip/Spread
Products Used: Premium White Balsamic Vinegar, Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Water
1 Cup Raw Almonds
4 TBSP Chili Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 lemon juice
1/3 Cup fresh Cilantro
2 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves raw garlic
1/2 tsp each (or to taste) of onion powder, cumin, chipotle powder or chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse and blend to break everything down. If possible, drizzle the Olive Oil in as it's blending. It takes a good amount of pulsing and blending to make this dip/spread creamy. Taste the mixture. Add salt and spices to taste.
